Collected Personal Data
"Personal Data" is data that identifies, or that could reasonably be used to identify an individual.
Additionally, as part of our business operations, we receive customer lists from our clients for the purposes of conducting market research. These customer lists contain Personal Data that may include contact details, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, or geographical location. We do not host this data and it is used in accordance with the terms of our agreement with each client. From time to time, we may update, modify or correct Personal Data as directed by the relevant client.
Personal Data does not include data that has been aggregated or made anonymous such that it can no longer be reasonably associated with a specific person.
Sharing with Third Parties
NATORG does not share personal data provided to us with third parties, except for contractors or agents as described below.
NATORG may use or disclose company records, which may include Personal Data, internally for our own internal management, administration, and legal obligations. Similarly, NATORG may disclose company records, which may include Personal Data, to contractors or agents that perform supporting services to us. All such employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements.
NATORG may disclose company records, which may include Personal Data, for law enforcement purposes as required by law or in response to a valid subpoena.
